This monster duty case retails for over $800 in stores. The construction consists of 3/8" plywood with a heavy PVC laminate on the face and a 1" esta foam lining in the interior to protect your speaker cabinet against shocks and bangs that the case might take in transit. The case also has 4 large catches to hold the top secure to the bottom and 4 handles. The hardware is all recessed into the case to prevent shearing off in transit.
