I bought this for an Epiphone, not a Hofner bass. I had to cut a little extra foam out for it to fit, but once I did that, my bass is very secure in this case. I also made the opening for accessories a little bigger. I checked it for my flight, and it arrived safe and sound. Did a four-week tour with no problems.
