    Great looking, perfect fit case

Posted by Ray on 25th Sep 2019

After making the largest musical purchase of my life in a Korg Kronos2 88-key weighted keyboard, I wanted to be able to transport the keyboard to gigs with the maximum protection.

I looked at various options including some of the generic 88-key keyboard cases and the Korg case designed specifically for the keyboard. In a review, I stumbled across roadcasesusa.com and found that the different models of this case were less expensive and most likely better made than than other options.

The case arrived and it looks fabulous. New construction and custom made to the specs entered at order time. The fit is perfect based on the measurements entered. The case is heavier than a generic hardshell case I had been using for years for a Korg N1. Upgrades over the old generic case include the latches and optional wheels. The combination of the weight of the keyboard and the case will be heavier than my old setup, but the wheels will make it easier to move and I feel the design will provide years of protection.

When I ordered the case, the estimated arrival was two weeks (understandable due to the custom build), but the case arrived much sooner and was packaged perfectly so there was no damage to the case itself. I can't wait to transport the new keyboard and case to their first gig.

    Nice case

Posted by Unknown on 20th Aug 2019

The case is well built and its nice that you can get custom size. One wish for the future, I asked to estimate the exterior dimensions for airline checked baggage but RC was not able to estimate the girth based on the inside dimensions I needed for the airline max girth. Other than this the experience was good.

    Great Quality Case

Posted by Jimmy on 10th Oct 2017

I got this for my Korg Kronos 2 - 88key and it fits like a glove. the padding is really great and all other elements of the case are super high quality. Only thing I wish is that there were two handles on the longest side.

    Awesome case

This and another Roadie Jr. case were Christmas presents for my sons. I didn't want them to know and could not get the measurements confirmed until just before Christmas - which is when I placed the order. I expected to have my sons open cards with pictures of the cases on Christmas morning. However, the cases shipped FAST and the boys had the cases for Christmas. Fit and finish are excellent. The cases are well constructed and the 3/4 foam lining was installed perfectly. Great cases, we will be ordering more.

    A very rare combination

Posted by Drew Prisoc on 1st Feb 2014

I own many cases. Having done significant road work, I know what constitutes a good case. I'd give this case 5 stars in overall craftsmanship. However, in value and service I would give this company 6 stars. There was an issue with my order...they called me immediately. The product arrived before they promised. The product met exact specifications.

I shopped extensively for the best deal, and this company offered the brst price by a significant margin. Every future order I make will now be with this company.

    I'm pleased

Posted by Unknown on 29th Nov 2013

several years ago when I purchased my kurzweil PC3, i also purchased a Gator softside generic 76-key case for it. I was too cheap to spend the extra on a hard shell case. The gator worked OK, but over the past 6 months the main zippers have stripped out. I decided on this road case as a replacment based on a recommendation I read on the musicplayer.com forum.

I'm pleased with my purchase. The case is very solidly built and cushioned. The fit for my PC3 is perfect. I purchased wheels as well which makes the case easy for one person to move around. bottom line- I should have made this my original purchase!

Level 3 - Modified Roadie Series for Kurzweil PC3:

Posted by Unknown on 18th Feb 2013

I've been buying cases for my gear here for many years, and they never disappoint! My latest purchase is for my Kurzweil PC3, which I use for local gigging. The Level 3 Modified Roadie case with 1/4" plywood is perfect for what I need. Very solid, but still lightweight enough to carry around. Excellent recessed hardware and framing, foamed to cushion the keyboard quite nicely, and fits like a glove. Forget Gator/SKB/Road Ready generic cases with "pick" foam...they're way too big and heavy, not to mention expensive! For me, this is the way to go...thanks again for yet another excellent case!
